The food here NEVER disappoints! My brother and I go there often and are always satisfied. Great food! Friendly Staff. Clean restaurant. Everyone makes sure that your dining experience is good. The only issue we have encountered is the restrooms. The location and space to maneuver the wheelchair is not adequate.

We had the carne guisada and sombrero plate specials. Both were very good. The service. Was also excellent as they would walk by often to ask if we needed anything else.

Loved loved loved their birria tacos! I'd never had them before, but it was so worth coming to Weslaco for. The tacos were so flavorful and the consome made it so juicy. They serve mainly tacos, but have other stuff too.

I really like the food here. I been here twice. Service is great also. Would absolutely recommend!

Great food, Great Atmosphere and always Great service! If anything it gets a little tiring at how often they ask if you need anything. Very very very clean! These are two different meals I tried on two different dates...

3/17/25 This is my first visit to this business. We wanted Mexican food, and boy howdy were we pleased. We had cheese enchiladas, beans, rice, fresh green, small salad. The entire meal was well organized and delicious. We were served by Silvana, a wonderful young lady, who was very kind, respectful, and made sure our meal was properly done, and i was made to our satisfaction! Silvana continually checked our table, which was very kind. We had ice tea and water with lemon as our beverage. The entire staff was courteous, kind, and respectful. If you haven't been to Don Birria Tacos and More, you should stop and visit this really nice business. It is kid friendly and features a nice, friendly atmosphere! Prices are fair, and your plate has plenty of food for those hungry adults and smaller portions for the kids. It's on Hwy 83, with ample parking. It also has a take out menu with lots of choices. Please try this well organizer, well staffed and plenty of Mexican food choices restaurant.

I come here for the food. Food is always delicious and hits the spot when craving Taqueria style/street taco food. Prices are good, and they do have specials on certain days. They have the classic mini tacos in corn and flour. They have lonches or Bolillo style taco. They do Birrria and have other things like mexican burgers and piratas/machetes. No free refills. Everything is in can or bottle. Aguafrescas are made daily, no free refill. They do serve beer and mechaladas. Staff is nice and never had an issue with special requests like crispy tripas. Don Birra and El Chatto off 1015 are my to go to spots in Weslaco. Better taqueria style food than Nana's, Compalitos, Tacolandia.

Been here couple of times already.. They’re fast, taquitos are always good, this last time the beans were Papa is also always hot & just perfect amount of cheese.. waiters are always nice and efficient. The salsaaaaas
